Calvados Heights is a Caribbean holiday rental villa
on the southern side of Antigua where it is perched on the edge of Turtle Bay. The property has
magnificent tropical gardens that surround the kidney shaped swimming pool and commands superb views
of Montserrat and the coast of Antigua. It is a split level development in a peaceful and private position
comprising a main house and a garden flat.
The main house can be rented from £1150/week for 4 people or £1700/week for 6 people, while the garden flat accommodates 2 people from £550/week. The garden flat is self contained with its own balcony and steps that lead to the swimming pool and a large bedroom/living room giving the maximum of comfort. A well fitted kitchen and bathroom are both separate from the main living room area.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a dressing room that leads to a
dome bathroom. The bedroom also has its own private terrace with steps down to the pool.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe. Both bathrooms are en suite, with shower, wash
basin, hot and cold water and low level wc. The master bathroom has a bidet.
The large drawing room leads to an open verandah. There is a colonnade of arches that lead to the bedrooms. The room is comfortably furnished with antiques. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, large fridge and deep freeze, dish washer and breakfast bar. |

The main dining area is outdoors, and is approached from the kitchen, via the roof garden and seats 6-8 people in comfort. The verandah also has a round table for dining and is a comfortable open plan area for sitting and enjoying the views of the garden and the ocean with sailing yachts that pass in front.
