Lime Tree Cottage is located directly onto the sea, in the established Crosbies residential area. and has a secluded and mature garden of one third of an acre.

The cottage sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms. There is a simple kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge, whilst the bathroom has an independent shower, washbasin, and w.c. with hot water provided by the solar panel.

Being located on the Northern coastline of Antigua, Lime Tree cottage enjoys an onshore cooling breeze ensuring that the accommodation the terrace and garden are comfortable the year round.

A hire car is advisable, with Dickenson Bay, St Johns, the airport, and the Woods shopping mall no more than ten minutes away.

		The living area is cool and comfortable with tasteful cane furniture. The front bedroom has a ceiling fan, with an air-conditioning unit in the rear bedroom. The terrace has a table, chairs, and bbq. Snorkels and flippers are kept in the kitchen cupboard, whilst the washing machine can be found in the garage.

		The cottage looks out across the Caribbean to Prickly Pear Island. The Sunsail sailing resort, which boasts the largest freshwater pool on the island, is one mile up the coast in Hodges Bay.
